SOLIDWORKS 2015 - The What's New You Didn't Hear About (Part 02 - Precision Selection)
With previous versions of SOLIDWORKS it was fairly difficult to select very small faces. We've used tools such as zoom, magnify, and selection filters to achieve these minute groupings up to this point. But with SOLIDWORKS 2015 you'll find making selections of smaller faces easier. With the new precision selection tool found in the Display/Selection area of the you System Options, SOLIDWORKS uses a selection paradigm making it easier to select small entities, without the need to zoom, magnify or use filters.
